Welcome to the Lawrence General Hospital Patient Portal.


Please do not call the medical records office to find out the results of your COVID-19 test. If you already have your test results, you may ask medical records office to provide a copy. Call in hours to inquire about COVID-19 test results are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 2:30 pm. Call 978-683-4000, ext. 2046.

Adults:
•Provide your e-mail address during registration to receive portal invitation to set up an account. After your results are published to the portal, you may print a copy.
•Visit patientportal.lawrencegeneral.org and enter the required information to set up your account.
Children 13-17 Years of Age:
•Children between 13 and 17 years of age and their parents may not have portal access for the child’s results. Please call the medical records team at 978-683-4000, ext. 2046 to request a hard copy to be mailed to your home or picked up as directed.
Children UNDER 13 Years of Age:
•Parents with children under 13 years of age must complete the enrollment request for their child. The proxy form is available on the home page once you have logged into the portal with your own login information. The form must be completed by the parent/guardian for all children under 13 years of age and emailed to patientportal@lawrencegeneral.org. Once this is submitted and processed, you may access your child’s portal account to print documentation of results. If you do not have a portal account please reach out to the above email address to request a form.

**Result times vary day-to-day and depend on many factors. Please allow 5 days prior to traveling to receive documentation of results.**
