Welcome to the Lawrence General Hospital Patient Portal.
Minors 13-17 Years of Age:
• Minors between 13 and 17 years of age may have portal access for their own results by registering directly for the patient portal using their own email address. Should a minor want to share this access with a parent or guardian, they may do so within the portal application under the "Share" feature. Limited information can be designated for the share feature such as patient billing only.
• Visit patientportal.lawrencegeneral.org and enter the required information to set up your account.
• Patient portal results are now available in compliance with the Federal 21st Century Cures Act. If there are any urgent findings that need immediate attention, your health care provider has already been notified. If you have questions about your findings, we encourage you to discuss these at your next planned visit, after your ordering provider has had time to review your test results.
• Duplicate email addresses cannot be used. Each patient must have their own unique email address.
• If you are a patient of Community Medical Associates and have questions, please call the office.
• If you are experiencing any issues with logging in or setting up your account, please email patientportal@lawrencegeneral.org and someone will respond as soon as possible.
